Mayor determines the tariff value on public transportation for R$ 2.90.

Mayor Joao Paulo Kleinubing determined on Friday, March 10, the value of thetransportation rate is set at R$ 2.90.

The new rate takes effect from February 28, as it has 10 days to take effect.

Suggested value was RS 3.43. The value presented by the Consortium Follow was R$ 3.43,or 33% adjustment, however, were considered beyond the capacity that Blumenau would have to pay for the service of transportation.

-> Public Transportation: R$ 2.90

-> Selective Transport: R$ 3.80

-> School Bus: 50% of full value (R$ 1.45)

-> Transportation to Sunday: R$ 1.50
